July 26 - Day 21

We were at the RV repair shop when it opened this morning, and at first we were told that parts would need to be ordered from Washington, and we would have to wait until Thursday.

After calling around town, the owner found a set of airbags at another RV repair shop, so we were able to get the work done today.

After 6.5 hours in the shop, and $1082 in repairs, we are good to go. If Donny hadn't helped the guy, it probably would have been 8 hours at $100/hour! They were nice enough to let Donny change the oil and filter while we were here, too.

I spent the entire day lying down, resting my back and reading. Of course, the day was bright and sunny. Rain is predicted for the next three days. :(

Tomorrow will include a trip to the gold dredge and the Snow Train, maybe a return to the Botanical Gardens if it isn't raining. Then we will probably head north up the Dalton Highway.
